The hotel met all my demands perfectly. I enjoyed a lovely stay overall. - the breakfast served was amazing, including delicious veggie sausages. - My room was both neat and reasonably large, featuring a bath, stunning mountain views, and a large patio. - the location was stunning, making it ideal for exploring the comfortable area and adjacent to Swellendam for business or pleasure.

The morning breakfast was marvellous and excellent with veggie sausages and the natural yogurt, as for instance. The venue was in a remote location next to nature and mountains, large beautiful grounds with mountain and river views, and the outskirts of beautiful Swellendam in a picturesque area.

Well, the area was a little dark overall.

The units are beautifully designed and new-fashioned with adequate heating.

The hotel is the top pick in Swellendam. It's a laid-back place to explore Swellendam, and the staff are top-notch, from the receptionist to the employees. - the building is well-kept and the rooms are stylish, with their own patio in a peaceful environment.

The place was comfortable, the staff was very hospitable, and the breakfast was marvelous, I highly recommend it here.

The location of Gaikou Lodge was absolutely breathtaking. Being surrounded by such a vast and beautiful area made my stay truly unforgettable. I recently stayed at this hotel on the outskirts of a charming town, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the accommodation offered. Additionally, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. I particularly loved the rooms with marvellous views of the green surroundings and the stunning mountains. The hotel also provided basic amenities, including a lovely bath in the middle of the room, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel had the best view imaginable. Apart from the breathtaking scenery, they even catered to vegetarians by offering veggie sausages.

All aspects of this hotel met my expectations.
